Customer service continues to set Jetco apart from its competitors.

John Phillips has been around since the inception of Jetco Delivery. As one of the three founding members of the original Jetco team, John has done just about everything to serve the company’s growing base of customers through the years.
He started with Jetco in 1976 as a driver, hauling oil well supplies throughout Texas. He also drove smaller trucks when the company operated a messenger service. Today, John is responsible for operation of our LTL business, rate quotes and customer service.
“I’d have to say that customer service is what really sets Jetco apart,” Phillips said. “We also are firm believers in communicating regularly with our customers so they always know that each job – no matter how big or small – is important to us.”
When he’s not handling the customer service or operations for Jetco, John loves to fish and play golf.
“Really I love to do anything that gets me outdoors,” the Houston native said. “That’s where you’ll find me when I’m not at work.”
When he’s not working with customers at Jetco, the University of Tennessee graduate can be found with his wife at one of the many Texas state park hiking and camping. “I just love nature and getting outdoors,” Haines says.
